De-flation ?

So, in the last few days, I've received two interesting pieces of news:

1) My rent, for the first time ever, is going down next year.
2) When I went to renew my gym membership, they gave it to me for a lower rate for '07.

Not sure if there's any rhyme or reason here behind these moves, but I can't say I'm complaining. Even though the combined savings between the two are barely enough for an extra dinner each month, it's the fact that I've been SO used to everything (rent, expenses, even transit fares) going up on a yearly basis, that this news is quite welcome....

What they forgot to tell you is that the elevator in your apartment building is now pay-as-you-go, and the treadmill at the gym will be coin operated.

Hello I'd love to congratulate you for such a terrific made forum!

In order to increase riches it is usually a insightful plan to start a savings or investing procedure as early in life as possible. But don't worry if you have not started saving your capital until later on in life. Through honest work, that is reading up on the best investment vehicles for your assets you can slowly but surely increase your growth so that it adds up to a large amount by the period you wish to retire. Watch all of the applicable asset classes from stocks to real estate as investments for your money. A researched and diversified portfolio of investments in different asset classes will help your money develop throughout the years.
